Step 2: Send Sole Source Intent Letter to SBA Specialist. Step 3: SBA verifies letter and eligibiility, sends acceptance letter to the KO. Step 4: KO negotiations with contractor. Step 5: Mutually acceptable terms and cost. Step 6: Start work.
